Class and Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Full payment or a non-refundable first payment is required at the time of registration for classes.
If you cancel your class registration up to 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the start of the class, you will be refunded all but the first payment amount. If you cancel between 4 weeks (28 days) and two weeks (14 days) before the start of the class, you will be expected to pay 50% of the registration. If you cancel less than fourteen (14) days before the start of the class, you will be expected to pay 100% of the registration. If you are on a payment plan, start a class and do not complete it, and still have pending payments, you will be expected to pay all remaining payments.
Registrations for workshops, retreats, and individual sessions in a multi-week class require full payment at the time of registration. Refunds of 50% will be issued for cancellations up to fourteen (14) days before the workshop, retreat, or session. No full refunds for workshops, retreats, or individual sessions of a multi-week class will be issued.
Heart Portrait Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Payments made for heart portraits are non-refundable.
If you schedule a consultation, you will receive an email reminder 48 hours before the appointment. If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 24 hours before your consultation.
Any no-shows, late appointments, or cancellations within the 24-hour timeframe on any heart portrait appointment is considered a non-refundable service. You will need to pay for a new appointment (appointment only, not the portrait) to receive the service.
Readings for Remembering Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Card readings require full payment at the time of booking and your payment is nonrefundable. You may reschedule your reading up to 12 hours before the appointment. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the appointment, you will lose your payment and need to book another appointment separately.
Reiki and Private Compassionate Communication Session Cancellation Policy:
Reiki and private Compassionate Communication sessions do not require advance payment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so prior to 24 hours before your appointment.
You may cancel without penalty up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If you are a no-show, you will be charged a $25 fee.
